Abstracts Abstracts concerning the main topics of the congress are welcomed. Following selection they will be incorporated into the main program in order to stimulate discussion on actual research on adhesion formation and prevention, tumor implantation, collagen metabolism and mesh biology together with the specific immunologic environment of the peritoneal cavity. Author Instructions All abstracts must be written and presented in English. It should not exceed 4.000 characters with spaces. The character should not be smaller than 10 point. Use single space. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Abstract must follow the outline as described here: 1) Title: Use capital letters. 2) Authors: Authors names should be provided in the format Smith XX. Do not use punctuation, do not add Dr, Prof, etc. The first named author should be the presenting author. 3) Affiliations: Each author should be listed by institution, city, state/province and country. Do not include department, division, laboratory, etc. For abstracts with authors with different affiliations, please indicate for each one the number of the corresponding affiliation. 4) Background and Objective 5) Methods 6) Results. Statistic must be included. 7) Conclusion 8) Keywords: Up to four keywords those summarize the contents of the abstracts, can be selected and will be used for indexing the Abstract Book. a.
